Primary Services is excited to announce the role of HR-Employee Relations Assistant for our client, a market leader in the energy sector. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-career HR professional looking to take on a hands-on role supporting performance management, policy compliance, investigations, and workforce engagement in a high-impact corporate environment.


Responsibilities

  • Triage investigation claims and respond to employee and consumer complaints, including documentation and investigative reporting.
  • Analyze data trends and prepare reports to support team and organizational decisions.
  • Review and approve transactions in SuccessFactors related to discipline, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Participate in HR-driven projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Escalate employee relations issues as appropriate through internal leadership channels.
  • Use HRIS tools and MS Office to analyze and present employee data to stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information at all times.
  • Collaborate across departments and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in employee relations or human resources in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment law including ADA, Title IX, and leave policies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and communication channels simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and sound judgment in risk mitigation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Must be willing to commute to Lehi UT office
