HR Director

As the Manager of Human Resources, you will manage everything from payroll and benefits administration to compliance and employee relations. Your expertise in ADP Workforce Now, HR regulations, and policy development will be key to ensuring seamless HR operations. From onboarding new employees to leading investigations and performance management, your leadership will set the tone for a positive workplace experience.

Serve as the Manager of Human Resources, overseeing HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
Manage ADP Workforce Now, payroll, and employee records with precision
Lead benefits administration, ensuring competitive and cost-effective offerings
Oversee EEOC, OSHA, and workers' compensation investigations
Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry best practices
Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews to maintain a strong workforce

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Manager of Human Resources or HR leadership role
Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism

Salary: $85K - $95K + Bonus
