Position Summary

The position: The HR Data & Reporting Analyst II is responsible for HR data management, analytics, reporting and dashboard development, business process configuration, and end-user training in support of all RPM HRIS products including UKG and iCIMS.

Responsibilities
  • Manage data within various HR Systems, with a focus on UKG Pro modules including but not limited to Core, Learning, Talk, Workforce Management, Voice, Recruiting, etc.
  • Prepare reports within IBM Cognos environment and provide system data to HR Leadership and other end users as needed
  • Develop connections between and create dashboards from various sources. Information should incorporate HR best practices while being approachable to a non-technical audience
  • Perform request intake calls to properly document scope and make recommendations on reporting metrics, integration opportunities, and system usage strategies to ensure optimal end user experience
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, and IT to align technology and implement standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems
  • Implement and document a short- and long-term system strategy including but not limited to identifying and recommending improvements to the system and content management and retention
  • Serve as a partner to HR Management to provide recommendations on system usage to better align to talent, recruiting, and employee relations strategies
  • Partner with IT teams to monitor, update, and maintain data feeds between HR, Operations systems, and vendors
  • Update, audit, and maintain employee and operations data in HR Systems
  • Work with vendors to prepare for system updates and ensure RPM maximizes available technology and follows best practices
  • Document processes to create reference guides and instructional materials to reduce process errors by end users
  • Analyze platform usage and capabilities; recommend and implement improvements
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related field.; Experience may substitute for education
  • Two years of experience with information technology or systems analysis
  • Experience with UKG preferred
  • Knowledge of HR systems and data structures, particularly UKG Pro modules (e.g., Core, Learning, Recruiting, Workforce Management, Talk, Voice)
  • Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools such as IBM Cognos and dashboard development process
  • Skilled in Coding within R, python, or SQL preferred
  • Skilled in leveraging advanced computer and software tools, including spreadsheet, database, and reporting applications, to perform in-depth data analysis and support decision-making. computer, software, and analytical skills
  • Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
  • Skilled in documenting business requirements, reporting scopes, and user needs through intake calls and collaborative sessions
  • Skilled in applying advanced analytical techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to translate the technical into the understandable for a non-technical audience
  • Ability to translate HR business needs into scalable system and reporting solutions
  • Ability to balance technical problem-solving with a customer service-oriented approach to user support and training
Physical Requirements:
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment:
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
