Human Resources Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, morale initiatives, disciplinary actions, payroll updates, and terminations

Manage benefits administration, I-9 verification, workers' compensation, and FMLA coordination

Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations

Support recruitment efforts by identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year HR experience, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing

Familiarity with union environments is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism
