Senior HR Coordinator Location: Milpitas, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30- $40/hour
Contract role Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Senior HR Coordinator to join our client's team in Milpitas. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has advanced Excel skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support ongoing HR projects, including employee onboarding and open enrollment coordination
- Create and maintain executive-level slide decks and presentations for HR initiatives
- Manage complex Excel spreadsheets and reports - including data slicing, filtering, and analysis
- Assist with HRIS data management, including exporting and pulling reports from Paylocity
- Handle ad hoc requests and time-sensitive tasks for the HR leadership team, particularly from the Director of HR
- Shadow and work alongside the current HR team member (Pauline) to gain in-depth understanding of her responsibilities and ensure a smooth coverage transition during her leave
- Maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy in all employee data-related tasks
Qualifications:- 3+ years of HR coordination experience preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency is a must (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity
- Comfortable working 100% onsite in Milpitas
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
