What You'll Be Doing as the HR Coordinator:

Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS system (new hires, job changes, compensation updates, and more)

Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant - you're the go-to for file integrity and confidentiality

Assist with key HR functions such as unemployment claims, verifications of employment, garnishments, and child support administration

Support benefits administration, onboarding coordination, and training logistics - including materials prep and scheduling

Track candidate progress in the HRIS and pre-employment platforms, supporting recruitment efforts

Jump in to assist Payroll and HRIS teams with various tasks and projects as needed
What You Bring as the HR Coordinator:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

2+ years of experience in an HR support role

Experience with Paycor HRIS a plus

Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude

High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and positivity
