The HR Coordinator (HR Projects) plays a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of the Human Resources function with a primary focus on supporting people operations initiatives like new restaurant openings and talent development. The HR Coordinator will collaborate closely with Operations, Training, other HR team members, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the processes that will be supporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of work experience in Human Resources or Operations, ideally in multi-unit retail or restaurant industry.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment and project management.
- This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact and partner with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Bilingual: English, Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Domestic travel 10%
