Job DescriptionEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or Journalism, or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
Experience : A minimum of 2 years comprehensive benefit or HR experience
Need a Specialist to assist with Communications Programs across Total Rewards including benefits, retirement, compensation, wellness programs, virtual healthcare programs, onsite activities for health and safety.
Busy season is Fall due to benefits enrollment
Need a self-starter. This department is super busy in the Fall as this is when the major projects are, so this individual needs to be able to multitask and manage their time effectively.
This is a close knit team of 3 people, but there are 75 total team members across Total Rewards.
Plusses - Really strong writing/editorial skills or experience, will work with outside consulting firm to draft communications and materials but do have to proofread.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized self-starter, who can meet multiple and changing support needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with others across all levels of the organization, including excellent interpersonal, presentation and delivery skills
- Ability to effectively formulate and execute messages and strategies using a variety of communication vehicles
- Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator desired), Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint desired)
