Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary HR Clerk to support our employee file digitalization preparation project. The role involves organizing, cataloging, and securely packaging employee records for shipment to a scanning company while ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.
Job Responsibilities: - Review and organize employee files to ensure completeness and proper categorization
- Prepare files for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and documentation
- Maintain a file inventory and track transfers from internal storage to the scanning company
- Collaborate with HR staff to resolve discrepancies or missing documents
- Handle all files securely and confidentially during preparation and shipping
- Label documents for easy retrieval post-scanning
- Provide regular updates on progress and highlight any challenges during file preparation
Required Skills: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with handling confidential information and data privacy protocols
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Excel for administrative tasks, including data filtering
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Skills: - Experience in document management or HR administrative support
- Background working on digitization or archiving projects
Education: High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience
