Are you a people-first HR professional ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to lead and elevate all aspects of our Human Resources function. In this role, you won't just manage processes-you'll shape culture, champion employee experience, and help align our people strategy with organizational success.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to build a strong, motivated team.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a healthy and respectful environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee well-being and development.
  • Design and implement fair and effective performance management systems.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and incentive programs with accuracy and care.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory bodies (DCF, Joint Commission, etc.).
  • Align HR initiatives with overall business goals and growth plans.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for HR-related inquiries and employee support.
  • Take initiative on special projects and contribute to ongoing HR improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for helping people and organizations grow.

Note: This position is primarily based in West Palm Beach (33401), but requires occasional travel to our Boca Raton office (approximately once per week).
