Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our organziation. This is a hybrid position based out of the Wakefield, MA office.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Work with CHRO to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state
regulations.
- Assist recruitment staff in Talent Management / Interview Process
- Work with HR group in facilitating employee orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management and employee development.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the clinic remains competitive in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
