We are looking for a committed and flexible Human Resource Business Partner to support our team on a temporary basis. This position will provide multi-site HR support performing day-to-day HR related functions and work closely with the site leadership.
This is a 1 year contract need.
Responsibilities include:
- Employee relations.
- Performance management.
- Policy implementation.
- Employee law compliance, HRIS.
- Recruitment, on-boarding.
Qualifications
- 3- 5 years' experience of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of benefit programs and employment law.
- Strong analytical, organizational, computer and problem-solving skills as well as the ability manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate with employees at multiple levels.
- Excellent attention to detail, abbility to multi-task.
- Experience leading change management initiatives throughout the organization.
