Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in office management and/or HR support.
  • Solid knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially; no travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with PEO platforms such as TriNet or Insperity preferred.
Your responsibilities as the HR Assistant/Office Manager will include:
  • Manage daily office operations by organizing administrative functions, maintaining filing systems, and serving as the main point of contact for office-related needs.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Administer employee programs such as benefits, payroll support, and compliance tracking, while assisting with employee engagement and issue resolution.
