Job Title: HR Assistant(Full-Time)


Location: Albuquerque, NM
Status: Full-Time, On-Site/ Direct Hire


Compensation: $41,000 - $43,000 annually
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Required


Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department as well as other departments in the company.


The ideal candidate will provide administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, records management, and employee relations. This position requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities for the HR Assistant:




  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews




  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities




  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information




  • Support benefits administration and assist employees with related inquiries




  • Prepare HR-related reports, correspondence, and documentation




  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws




  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed






Qualifications for the HR Assistant:




  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting






  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of related administrative experience with exposure to HR functions






Skills and Competencies for the HR Assistant:




  • Excellent organizational and time management skills




  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities




  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems




  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
