Job Title: HR Agile Lead

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 + 10% bonus
Position Summary: The HR Agile Lead is responsible for integrating agile methodologies within the HR function to enhance adaptability, collaboration, and the efficient delivery of people initiatives. Acting as a coach and change leader, this role partners closely with HR teams and other departments to foster agility, drive continuous improvement, and accelerate HR program outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities: - Advocate for agile values and lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within HR teams.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to pinpoint opportunities for iterative improvements and more flexible program implementation.
- Coach HR professionals on agile practices, offering tools, training, and frameworks to support a mindset shift.
- Oversee and maintain HR project backlogs, ensuring tasks are prioritized in line with organizational goals and team capacity.
- Track key initiatives using agile metrics and visual management tools like Kanban boards or Jira dashboards.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and quick experimentation within the HR function.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on agile project delivery.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field (Agile or Scrum certification preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, or project management, with demonstrated use of agile methodologies.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
Additional Details: Some travel (up to 15%) may be required to attend meetings or events across office locations.
