My client in Isle of Wight are looking to appoint a talented HR Advisor on a Contract basis.
New opportunity has arisen within my clients Human Resources team supporting the delivery of an effective and efficient HR Advisory Service across island schools.

- Salary: 24+ per hour, inside IR35

About the role:
Based in Isle of Wight (Hybrid):
- Advise and guide Headteachers, School Business Managers, and Senior Leaders on HR related issues.
- Professionally support on case work including disciplinary, capability, sickness absence and grievance issues.
- Ensure HR related policies, procedures, guidance notes, and intranet pages are maintained, and easily accessible to enable managers.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience in a HR advisory and support role
- Local Authority experience is essential
