They supply leading manufacturers with critical bioprocessing inputs, including SPF eggs, antigens, and cell products. In addition, offer numerous diagnostic testing and manufacturing support services, including virus propagation and isolation, custom cell production, and quality control testing. They also support the development of new therapeutics by providing antibodies such as IgY for use in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing department calendars, and handling phone and email inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits documentation.
- Manage workers' compensation documentation, including incident reports and claims.
- Follow up on workers' compensation cases, liaise with insurance providers, and ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Assist in coordinating new employee orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Accurately enter and update employee data in the HRIS to maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, disciplinary memos, and performance improvement plans.
- Help monitor employee attendance records, process time-off requests, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations to maintain company policies and practices.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
