Primary Purpose of this Job
The primary purpose of this job is to performs a variety of duties in Human Resources department with a focus in staffing, onboarding, employee projects, services and training support.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)
- Responsible for ordering office supplies as well as maintaining purchase orders and invoice coding for the department.
- Responsible for maintaining documents in the employee electronic files.
- Administer employee programs that include but arent limited to retiree processing, service award program, rapid cast, recognition programs, personnel record upkeep, etc.
- Support all internal staffing, onboarding activities for new hires and lead new hire orientations.
- Administer position requisition entry and tracking.
- Administer approval and storing process for training requests and tuition reimbursement process.
- Support coordination, tracking and planning logistics of company training programs.
- Cross train in defined areas with other HR roles of similar nature
- Support other HR areas as needed including CI events, special projects, and responsibilities.
