Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Help coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials, conducting new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and storage of employee information.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations, goal-setting, and other HR initiatives.
  • Support the payroll process by verifying attendance, leave requests, and other employee-related information.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related reports, including employee attendance, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, ensuring employees have access to necessary resources and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR records and sensitive employee information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and general HR administration procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative HR team.
