The HR Administrator assists in supporting Skanska USA employees assigned to the Civil East, Civil Corporate, and Talent Acquisition teams. The HR Administrator will support with administrative tasks including electronic filing, employee inquiries, recruitment processes and programs.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner directly with HR Services team to ensure all requests are communicated clearly and aligned with established workflows ensuring that transactions can be completed in a timely manner;
  • Support alignment within and across business units and execute business processes with IT, Communications, Payroll, Benefits Related Subject Matter Experts etc.;
  • Deliver a recruitment experience in concert with Talent Acquisition Team that includes executing work practices that specifically improve the candidate and new employee experience;
  • Assist as needed with Skanska Hire which includes: applicant tracking, maintaining job description database, posting jobs and scheduling interviews;
  • Assist with data analytics, program reviews and recruitment process of the internship, new graduate and college recruitment programs;
  • Administration of orientations, new hire paperwork and change of status forms for current personnel;
  • Maintenance of electronic files;
  • I-9 Administration;
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
  • Occasional travel to supported projects/office locations.
HR Administrator Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related experience in lieu of;
  • Minimum of five years relevant work experience;
  • Must have excellent and professional interpersonal & communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required;
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), SharePoint, and HRIS platform.

Salary Low

USD $75,000.00/Yr.
