Job Title: Human Resources Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Human Resources Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met. You will also provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR department, including assisting with time requests and maintaining a tidy front desk area.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests.
  • Answer incoming calls transferred from corporate.
  • Contact the appropriate point of contact to escort visitors to the department.
  • Provide guests with all necessary PPE and safety instructions for the plant.
  • Offer general clerical and administrative support for HR.
  • Assist with time requests and resolving missing punches once trained by the Kronos team.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • HR experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Degree not required; candidates with relevant degrees are preferred but great experience is equally valued.
Work Environment

The position is contract to hire, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The HR team consists of 5 members, and you will be seated at the front desk.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
