This DC nonprofit is seeking an HR Administrator to provide support across the HR team in multiple facets. You will be key in assisting with various tasks ranging from preparing the required documents for new hires, to fielding incoming questions, and maintaining overall office organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare benefit packages and new hire forms.
  • Oversee and maintain organization of all digital files.
  • Collaborate within the Human Resources team to further internal deliverables.
  • Assist HR staff with any ad hoc support required.
