Your Role: As an
HR Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of our HR team, handling a variety of administrative tasks that support our employees and business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain Employee Records - Keep both soft and hard copies up to date with accuracy and confidentiality.
Update HR Databases - Track new hires, separations, and leave balances while assisting with payroll preparation.
HR Documentation - Assist in organizing paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.
Employee Support - Address employee inquiries and provide relevant HR-related information.
HR Project Coordination - Organize and support HR initiatives, meetings, and training sessions.
Administrative Support - Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, process bills on and assist with onboarding.
Clerical Duties - Process mail, maintain spreadsheets, edit documents, and manage the Hospice Calendar.
Document Management - Keep employee files organized and ensure compliance with HR protocols.
What We're Looking For: •
Experience - Proven experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant.

Tech-Savvy - Hands-on experience with HR software, particularly
ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN).
•
Strong Computer Skills - Proficiency in
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•
Highly Organized - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
•
Team Player - Strong collaboration and communication skills.
•
Education - Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources or a relevant field preferred.
