Role Overview: As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical administrative support to the HR team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, supporting onboarding processes, and handling HR communications. Responsibilities: - Assist with recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and coordinating candidate communication
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, benefits, and training information
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employee contracts and policies
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up and all paperwork is completed
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and training sessions
- Answer HR-related questions and provide assistance to employees regarding policies and benefits
- Assist with performance management processes and maintaining HR documentation
- Handle HR correspondence, such as communication with candidates, employees, and vendors
- Manage and update the HR database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Help with organizing employee benefits administration and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the HR team
Requirements: - Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required
