Summary:

A freight forwarding company is looking to hire an HR Assistant to join their team in Medley, FL. This is a full time permanent position offering excellent benefits from day one. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English/Spanish with experience as an Administrative Assistant or HR related role.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support for the Human Resources department.
Prepares reports, maintains internal employee databases, and filing documents.
Assist in reviewing employee performance evaluations.
Serve as a liaison between the foreign and domestic offices regarding HR/Admin matters.
Monitoring compliance with the E-Learning Management system.
Assist in monitoring the training schedules and ensuring timely completions.
Provide recruitment support, attending job fairs, supporting interview processes, etc.
Supporting the Executive Assistant as needed with travel scheduling, memos, answering phones, etc.
Perform other related HR, Recruiting, and Admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Experience as an Administrative Assistant
Bilingual in English/Spanish
MS Word and Outlook experience
Basic skills using MS Excel
Experience in HR is a plus
