At Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment we're looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive
HR Administrative Assistant to join our team and support both day-to-day administrative operations and our employees.
Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings
- Support the recruitment process by reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings
- Assist with time-off tracking, attendance, and benefits administration
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions or concerns
- Help plan team events and contribute to company culture initiatives
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in people and company culture
Working Hours & Benefits: - Working hours: full-time from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.
