Job Description
  • - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interview coordination,
  • employee onboarding).
  • - Maintain HR data, attendance records, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • - Plan and execute training programs.
  • - Establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • - Oversee administrative tasks and asset management (office supplies, equipment,
  • facility management)
  • - Organize company events and employee welfare programs.
  • - Support legal and safety management (occupational safety, legal document
  • management).
  • - Manage internal and external documents and official correspondences.
Qualifications
  • -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources
  • - Management, Public Administration, etc.)
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • - Proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
  • - Experience in HR or General Affairs (Entry-level candidates welcome).
