Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Support Hiring manager to arrange interview
- Partner and support the execution of HR initiatives and projects including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
- Contribute to culture initiatives across the organization, helping to foster an environment of inclusivity
- Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and creating efficiencies to new and existing processes
- Support HR policy implementation and documentation updates
- Continuously improve and enhance HR operations through automation
- Work closely and collaboratively with Finance, Payroll, IT, Legal and other internal departments
- Assist in benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Assist with all leave administration, coordinate tracking and required notifications for FMLA and COBRA. Respond to inquires from states, including providing mandated employee information and documents related to health insurance coverage
- Provide benefits support to employees by clearly communicating available options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team member in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, ATS updates
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation
- Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and presentation materials
- Support HR team members with ad hoc projects as needed
- Support Office and Admin tasks assigned by line manager
Required Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in HR operations and benefits administration
- Proficient MS Office skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook 7 and Sharepoint
- Experience in a fast-growing biotech company preferred
- Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
