Housing Liaison Officer - Procurement/Lease Renewals

is a well-established Estate Agents in East London that has its own portfolio of council houses. They require the following:
Skill Set of the Housing Liaison Officer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Property Management/Inventory experience essential
- Experience with CFP or other CRM system
- Good literacy/numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Clean Drivers Licence
- Personable and well presented, as the role requires meeting landlords and representatives from Local Authorities
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
- Some negotiating skills preferred
- Docusign experience
Procurement Assistant/Lease Renewals
- Negotiate Lease renewals (training will be given)
- Prepare Works Reports
- Upload properties to ADAM and submit documents to Local Authorities
- Carry out Interim inspections
- Conduct full inventory & photos
- Accompany inspectors from Local Authorities on visits
- Top up gas and electric meters
- Collect or cut keys
- Update spreadsheets with enquiries
- Collate certificates and prepare files for submission
- Cover phones from 9am-5pm when required
- Update CFP CRM system
- Complete the Ready to Let notifications
- Organise bookings for Void officers
- Update Local Authority ADAM system
- Assist with general office duties if needed
