How you will make an impact:
Emerald Crest of Burnsville and Shakopee is seeking a Housing Director who can create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home. By overseeing daily operations and building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, they play a vital role in enhancing quality of life and promoting a sense of community. Their leadership directly impacts resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and the overall success of the facility. With compassion and strategic oversight, the Housing Director helps shape a place where seniors can truly thrive.

Schedule: Monday- Friday
  • Regular Business Hours

Position Requirements:
  • Must be LALD Certified for MN (Licensed Assisted Living Director)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff in two buildings
  • Ability to split time between two buildings efficiently- 100+ units between the two locations
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Familiar with general nursing and geriatric nursing practices
  • Previous management in Assisted Living, Senior Services, Housing, or SNF preferred
  • Familiar with Medicaid and maximizing benefits
