Housing Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in Grand Rapids. This position will be a blend of field work and in office and a full-time, contract opportunity.

This role will be focused on assisting a caseload of clients with supportive services, mainly focusing on linkages to housing resources. The position will involve field work accompanying their clients with housing viewings, meetings with landlords, and other parts of their housing journey.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly desired (not required)
  • Minimum 3 years case management/housing navigator experience
  • Proficient working within multiple software systems including Microsoft Office
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide array of individuals
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Can meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Tech savvy and able to work well within multiple software systems
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
