Responsibilities- The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations and overall problem solving.
- In addition he/she assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors clinical staff in the provision of quality care.
- I n the absence of the Health Center Administrator the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call.
- The House Supervisor reports to the Director ordesignee.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- BSN required
- 4- Year Degree
- KSBN -KS RN Licensure
- BLS certified
- 4 years staff nurse experience
- Computer literate skills-Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Advanced Degree
- MSN preferred
- ACLS preferred
- 1-2 years of management experience preferred
