Craft & Crew Hospitality is now hiring for a Part-time Front of House Supervisor. This position is responsible for ensuring profitable restaurant operations while overseeing the front-of-house staff in their department. Primary functions of this role are overseeing floor shifts, completing daily money management tasks, coaching, and developing of hourly staff.
The right candidate will have 5+ years in Restaurants (Hospitality), Open/Flexible availability, Leadership or management experience, excellent communication skills, Computer skills, and a Positive Attitude.

This position would allow for you to also work on the floor as a Server or Bartender to reach up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities: - Manage the daily profitable operations of the restaurant during your assigned shifts;
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to all staff during the shift;
- Ensure that quality standards for food and service are consistently met;
- Handle any customer complaints/issues according to company procedures;
- Must be willing/able to assist in any area of the restaurant, and therefore must be proficient in Host, Expo, Server and Bar positions.
Required Experience/Qualifications: - 5 Years in the Hospitality Industry (Serving, Bartending or Management experience preferred);
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Leadership Skills;
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts;
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs;
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs without complications
- Problem solving abilities, be prepared to think and act quickly in stressful situations;
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures in accordance with MDH. Serve Safe Certification a plus.
