Job Information

This position is an hourly position working Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm at our Lawrenceville District Office. The offered pay for this position will be $15/hr.
Description of Duties

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional presence with co-workers and customers.
  • Operate front desk to greet visitors, direct guests, and respond to questions, requests, or other needs. Monitor security cameras, building access, and individuals entering the office.
  • Provide administrative support to assist other departments as needed.
  • Work with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing facilities for training, meetings, and conferences when required.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling customer's questions, complaints and/or providing information.

Preferred Qualifications:
4 or more years using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Experience using Mitchell & McCormick software. Experience working in Public Health. 2 or more years of experience as an administrative receptionist. Fluent in English & Spanish. Ability to work Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm. Experience working with and maintaining confidential information. 3 or more years working in a customer service role.
