JOB TITLE: Cent$ible Nutrition Program Office Assistant
JOB PURPOSE: This position assists the Cent$ible Nutrition Program state office staff with duties including data entry and management, inventory distribution, recipe testing, and day to day office work. This position works under the supervision of and in coordination with the CNP Program Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in monthly newsletters creation
- Assist with social media posting for CNP platforms
- Assist with social marketing campaign
- Assist with data entry, data management, and analysis
- Test recipes, as needed, for CNP cookbook and recipe videos; assist in the set-up, take-down, and filming of recipe videos
- Fill and ship inventory requests for state-wide educators in a timely manner
- Create Nutrition Fact Labels for recipes and cookbooks
- Assist CNP state office staff in preparing for trainings including reserving meeting space and accommodations, printing materials, grocery shopping, loading vehicles, and organizing inventory
- File, print, organize, and mail documents, as needed
- Assist CNP state office staff, as requested
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Proficient in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent writing skills
- Experience with social marketing and/or website management
- Education or training in data management, database entry, and/or management
- Experience with a community nutrition program or in an office setting
- Experience with testing recipes and or recipe filming
