Position Details - Title: Hourly Administrative Assistant I
- Location: Program Development, Tech Learning Library
- Hours: As needed, up to 19 hours per week
- Schedule: Will include day, evening, weekend hours, and occasional mandatory Sundays
- Starting Hourly Rate: $18.70

A successful candidate will - Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a high degree of digital literacy.
- Have one to three years of work experience in an administrative support role.
What does the job look like? - Coordinates staff and paid presenter visits to branch and community partner sites.
- Under direct supervision of supervisor, assists with updating staff schedules and project management trackers in Excel, Microsoft Planner, Teams, Airtable, and similar tools.
- Schedules programs and special events with PDA and outside providers
- Creates and imports data for reports, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, brochures other print, promotional, or display materials and documents using Canva, MS Word, PPT, Excel, Visio, Publisher or other software programs.
- Provides administrative/clerical support to Department Manager, Supervisor, and Technology Learning Specialists. Maintains inventories for device lending initiatives using Polaris, Google Admin, and Airtable.
- Monitors, assesses, and prepares appropriate documents or other requirements in compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
- Consults, responds, informs and coordinates effectively with internal and external customers, clients or service providers, through reception line, emails and correspondence.
- Assists with branch logistical support including processing, sending, and receiving items outside the department, such as educational kits, chromebooks, hotspots, laptops, and similar materials.
- Orders supplies, monitors supply budget, and maintains inventory.
- Responsible for area records retention and maintenance.
- Able to work the normally scheduled work time for this position.
- Able to cope with daily job-related stress.
