Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Senior Sales Manager specializing in the Association Market at Washington Plaza Hotel in Washington, DC. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain association clients. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales growth. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Marketing skills with the ability to support sales strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality sales is required
