• Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied
• Generate sales presentations and a variety of additional materials for prospective customers highlighting event space, dining and catering services, and facility amenities
• Assist clients by acting as a point of contact and communicating with them by phone and email in response to their queries and requests
• Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Perform an initial pitch to a list of business and referral prospects based on your research and networking Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Displays a proven track record of sales success
• Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively Compensation: $27 per hour
