Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest's stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property's vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys.

• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.

• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.

• Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
