Our client, a leading hospitality provider, is seeking a Room Attendant to join their team. As a Room Attendant, you will be part of the housekeeping department supporting a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Room Attendant
Location: Birmingham, AL
Shift: Day shift, daily scheduled hours may vary daily
What's the Job? - Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform routine inspections of rooms to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Restock supplies and amenities as needed to enhance guest experience.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
What's Needed? - Previous commercial housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or hospital housekeeping experience is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
