The starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour but the final wage will be based on experience

How do I make an impact on my team? Our friendly Hotel Guest Service Representative provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.
Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests' needs
Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests and process payments
Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
What does success look like in this role?
Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
Hotel experience is preferred
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliability and honesty
Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
The availability to work a flexible schedule between days, nights, weekends, and holidays is a plus
Available to work PM shifts during the week, 3:00 pm -11:00 pm, and flexible am/pm shifts during the weekend
