The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Responsibilities:
• Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
• Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Qualifications:
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
