Hotel General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of a select-service, branded hotel located in Knoxville, TN. This position requires a hands-on, collaborative leader with a strong track record in hotel management-someone who leads by example, works closely with team members, and prioritizes team building, training, and empowering staff with the tools for success. COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $70,000, annual bonus potential, monthly benefit stipend, relocation assistance negotiable, and additional incentives available.

General Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• Demonstrated hotel management experience at the General Manager or Assistant General Manager level

• Expertise in property operations, guest services, and revenue enhancement

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with industry-standard hotel management software
