Primary Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Advise guests of current specials, new menu items and promotions
• Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations
• Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
• Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements: • Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
