About the Role: As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents and visitors receive exceptional service and support. You'll coordinate hospitality operations across events, front desk, transportation, and guest services-contributing to a warm, welcoming, and well-organized community environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate community events, family visits, and transportation services
- Partner with housekeeping, life enrichment, and reception teams to ensure seamless service
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
Who You Are: - Experienced in hospitality, senior living, or customer service roles
- Friendly, approachable, and respectful of seniors and their families
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities with care and attention to detail
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work some weekends or holidays
