- Identify and capture the best venues: Target top venues in all key markets using AI-powered research and outreach
- Deploy multi-channel warfare: Use your AI team to build landing pages, email campaigns, incentive programs, social media, local events, and whatever channels drive venue signups
- Scale venue subscriptions: Build a high-velocity system for onboarding premium venues to paid subscriptions
- Build the system: Help architect our AI-powered venue acquisition and retention system
- Own the outcomes: Venue activation rates, subscription retention, package monetization - it's all you
- Scale what works: Turn successful tactics into repeatable AI-driven playbooks
You'll Thrive Here If You
- Have 2-4 years in hospitality sales or venue management
- Already know people in the events/venue world (or know how to quickly build those relationships)
- Understand marketplace dynamics and what makes both sides happy
- Love technology but know it's still a relationship business
- Want to help reshape how corporate events happen
The Package
- Base: $90K-$120K
- Performance pay: Bonuses tied to venue acquisition and revenue growth with unlimited upside potential (uncapped)
- OTE: $160K-$250K year one
- Equity: Attractive equity options package
- Everything else: Health, dental, 401k, unlimited PTO, industry conferences
