Job Details: Hospitality Event Manager - Job Title: Hospitality Event Manager
- Pay Rate: $17.02 - $21.00 per hour (weekly pay)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 am to 7 pm, flexible hours required (early/late shifts for events)
- Location: Atlanta, GA 30363
Position Responsibilities: Hospitality Event Manager - Coordinate and manage event bookings, ensuring seamless execution from setup to breakdown.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face service to clients, guests, and vendors, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Set up and break down conference rooms, including moving furniture and arranging linens.
- Manage inventory and volume reports, and track quarterly performance.
- Handle email traffic and maintain accurate records of event details.
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen and event spaces.
Position Requirements: Hospitality Event Manager - 1-2 years of experience in catering, banquet services, or the restaurant industry.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
