Job Description: Join RH as an Associate Hospitality Leader and play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience through innovative research and development initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will recruit and train an exceptional service staff, manage inventory effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service to both our internal and external guests while ensuring the upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
Your Responsibilities: - Embody our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily
- Achieve P&L results aligned with company revenue and operating income expectations
- Establish and uphold robust service standards
- Build and nurture a strong Hospitality Leadership team to drive business growth
- Directly oversee all Dining Room associates
- Foster effective partnerships with leadership across the property, ensuring a seamless integration of the restaurant experience
- Mentor and coach your team in real-time to enhance performance and drive sales
- Adapt to change and deliver outstanding results, regardless of challenges
- Maintain open lines of communication between Dining Room and Kitchen Leaders and associates
- Excelling at multi-tasking and prioritizing complex daily responsibilities
Our Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with all leadership levels in a fast-paced setting
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Experience in business development or entrepreneurship is advantageous
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
