Adfinitas Health has a Full-time opening to join our Hospitalist team at the University of Maryland Capital Region in Largo, Maryland.
Position Details
- Our hospitalist team provides inpatient care within the hospital setting, including admitting patients, performing physical exams, ordering tests, diagnosing, performing hospital rounds and planning for discharge.
- Heart & Vascular Institute with dedicated cardiac intensive care unit
- Designated Stroke Center
- Level II Trauma Center
- 2 Helipads including one large enough to accommodate Marine One
- 205 licensed beds in private rooms
- 32 Bed intensive care unit
- Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residency programs
- Must be BC/BE in hospital medicine with an active Maryland license, American Heart Association CPR Certification, DEA license, and Maryland Controlled Substance Registration
