Hospitalist opportunity in Stayton, OR - Located 15 minutes from Salem and 1 hour from Portland Group seeking candidate for immediate fill About the Job - Full-time, permanent- Salaried position- Will see 13 - 20 patients per day- Number of admits per shift: 1 to 5- EMR is Centriq- Scheduled shifts: flexible 5 on 5 off with 14 shifts per month being full time- ICU open- 4 bed ICU- Procedures required (if any): None (surgeons/ED physicians perform most procedures)- Who runs codes: Physician who gets there first, staff until physician arrives. This can be ED Physician or Hospitalist.- Telemedicine OHSU for ICU support Requirements - Graduate of a 4-year Medical School or equivalent and completed Internal or Family Medicine Residency- Minimum of 1-year of Hospitalist or Chief Residency experience required- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal or Family Medicine- Unrestricted Oregon Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) Benefits: - 401(k) Retirement plan- Healthcare Benefits both dental and vision insurance- Disability and life insurance- Paid malpractice- Employer contributions to retirement plans- CME reimbursement- Competitive salary- Sign-on bonus- Relocation assistance About Stayton: Located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, Stayton is conveniently located 12 minutes from Salem and one hours drive from Portland.
